A garage floor that looks finished
Most garage floors we coat get our decorative flake system: colorful vinyl flakes set in a high-performance epoxy coating across the whole slab. The flakes give the surface texture and turn a gray slab into a floor you actually want to show people.
- Diamond-ground prep. We grind the concrete before anything goes down, so the coating bonds to the slab instead of sitting on top of it.
- 100% solids, commercial-grade materials. Built for Texas heat, humidity, traffic and spills.
- Texture where you walk. Flakes give grip; for wet or high-traffic areas we can use quartz broadcast instead.
- Seamless and easy to clean. No grout lines, no bare concrete soaking up oil.
Want something with more shine? Some garages get metallic epoxy instead, like the black-and-silver hex-lit garage in our gallery.

What an epoxy garage floor costs in San Antonio
We don't post one price, because two garages the same size can need very different work. Every floor is priced after a free estimate, and the price comes down to four things:
Size
1-car, 2-car, 3-car or a shop. More square feet means more material and more grinding.
Slab condition
Cracks, oil stains or an old coating to remove all add prep time before we can coat.
System
Flake, quartz or metallic. Each uses different materials and steps.
Timing

What our customers say
Real Google reviews, word for word.
How much does it cost to epoxy a garage floor in San Antonio?
It depends on the size of the garage, the condition of the slab and the system you pick, so we price every floor after a free estimate instead of posting one number. and you'll hear back with a real price.
What's the downside of an epoxy garage floor?
The two real ones: if the concrete isn't prepared properly, the coating can peel, and a smooth glossy coat can be slick when wet. We handle the first with diamond-ground prep on every job, and the second with flakes (texture) or quartz broadcast (traction).
Is a flake garage floor slippery?
The flakes give the surface texture, which is why most garages get a flake system. If your garage stays wet or sees a lot of traffic, ask about quartz broadcast, which is built for traction.
Can I pick my flake color?
Yes. We carry ten blends, from light Shoreline to dark Nightfall. Try them on a real garage above, then pick from the physical samples at your estimate.
Why does diamond grinding matter?
Adhesion. Grinding opens up the surface of the concrete so the epoxy bonds to the slab. Skipping or rushing prep is the main reason garage coatings fail.
Do you coat patios and shops too?
Yes. The same flake system works on patios, porches and showrooms, and we do commercial and industrial floors for shops and warehouses.
Do you do garages outside San Antonio?
Yes: San Antonio, Houston, Austin and the towns in between. See epoxy flooring in Houston, or call 210-903-1933 if you're not sure your town is covered.
